Manage HR operations, policies, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and separations.
Handle statutory and labour compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and contractor compliance.
Draft and review legal notices, employment documents, agreements, warning letters, and settlement documents.
Coordinate with legal consultants, advocates, government authorities, and internal departments.
Maintain compliance calendars, statutory records, audits, licences, and renewals.
Support management on HR, legal, compliance, and employee-related matters.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
