Sales & Order Processing:
Process incoming spare parts and machine requests received via phone, email, or walk-in clients.
Prepare and issue accurate technical/commercial quotations and check product availability for customers or internal service teams.
Identify upsell and cross-sell prospects for maintenance kits, components, and quick-moving spares.

Inventory & Logistics Management:
Monitor stock levels continuously to ensure quick-moving machine parts remain available.
Source rare or out-of-stock components by coordinating with external supplier networks.
Oversee shipping logistics to deliver parts from the warehouse to domestic and international client locations.

Technical Support & Vendor Coordination:
Identify correct spare parts using technical manuals, assembly drawings, and serial numbers.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and dispatch priority.
Support internal sales, engineering, and service teams to resolve technical inquiries promptly.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
