Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warranty Manager to manage warranty claims, ensure timely claim processing, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with the OEM and service team for smooth warranty operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete warranty claim process from job card opening to claim submission and settlement.
Verify warranty eligibility as per OEM warranty policies and guidelines.
Review job cards, repair orders, invoices, parts and supporting documents before claim submission.
Coordinate with OEM Warranty Team for approvals, clarifications and claim-related issues.
Ensure timely submission and settlement of warranty claims.
Monitor and follow up on rejected, pending and disputed claims.
Maintain proper warranty records, reports and documentation.
Conduct regular warranty audits and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts and Accounts teams.
Identify recurring warranty issues and communicate them to the concerned department.
Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged,



stored and retained as per OEM requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warranty reports for management.
Ensure minimum warranty claim rejection and improve claim accuracy.
Handle OEM warranty portals and related documentation.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 4–8 years in automobile warranty operations.
Experience in Kia or any authorized automobile dealership will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of automobile warranty policies and claim procedures.
Knowledge of DMS / OEM warranty portal.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust documentation and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
