Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Strong experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles.
Ability to develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using up-to-date web technologies.
Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems.
Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and maintainability.
Knowledge of version control systems and cooperative development workflows.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
