Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end coordination of weddings and events.

This role requires a strong balance of client handling, planning, and on-ground execution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations
Manage end-to-end event planning and coordination
Prepare presentations, proposals, and event plans
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
Handle venue, logistics, and hospitality arrangements
Ensure smooth on-ground execution of events and weddings
Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Manage client communication, feedback, and approvals
Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Ideal Candidate Profile




Minimum 2 years of experience in weddings/events industry
Strong client servicing and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Willingness to travel and work on event days/weekends
