Job Description: Academic Counselor - TP

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with strong

knowledge of JEE/NEET preparation models. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for guiding students, handling inquiries, and driving end-to-end sales

through effective communication and

Counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents.

● Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs.

● Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings.

● Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion.

● Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

● Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.





● Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader.

● Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions.

● Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions.

Requirements:

● Mandatory: Laptop

● Robust knowledge of JEE/NEET curriculum and student requirements.

● Excellent communication skills (Regional Language / English preferred).

● Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads.

● Proven experience in end-to-end sales (education industry preferred).

● Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

● Positive organizational and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹29,166.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
