Job description:

Industry: Material Handling, EOT Cranes, SPM-Welding Automation.

Experience :4 +Years

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop EOT cranes, material handling equipment, SPMs, and welding automation systems.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar CAD software.
Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and part drawings.
Perform mechanical design calculations for structures, shafts, gears, bearings, mechanisms, and other components.
Select suitable materials, bought-out components, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and other mechanical components.
Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards and customer requirements.
Assist in installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites when required.

Required Skills




Robust knowledge of mechanical design and machine components.
Valuable understanding of EOT crane and material handling equipment design.
Knowledge of SPM and automation machine design is preferred.
Knowledge of welding fixtures, welding automation, and fabrication processes will be an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks

Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant experience in Material Handling, EOT Cranes, SPM, Welding Automation, or Industrial Machinery will be preferred.
