 Lead and manage the sales calling team and daily activities.

 Make personal outbound calls and generate current sales leads.

 Guide team members on cold calling, follow-ups, and customer handling.

 Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.

 Monitor daily calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

 Handle significant customers and support the team in closing sales.

 Maintain customer, lead, and sales records in CRM/Excel

 Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and repeat business.

 Prepare daily and weekly team performance reports.

 Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead, and sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
