Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage casting processes
Supervise melting, pouring, and solidification operations
Ensure proper heat treatment processes and temperature control
Handle inspection and testing (hardness, impact, microstructure, etc.)
Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications
Maintain and troubleshoot foundry equipment and machinery
Implement process improvements to reduce defects and increase productivity
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality systems
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Maintain production reports, logs, and documentation
Qualifications:
1–5 years experience in foundry / casting industry

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,987.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Gwalior City, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
foundry: 1 year (Preferred)
