Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join an IT company in Panchkula. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Explain company services and prepare suitable proposals.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups,



and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.

Eligibility
0–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation.
Any Graduate can apply.
12th Pass candidates and interns can also apply.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Comfortable working in a night/graveyard shift.
