Job Description

Welcare Hospital, Vadodara, is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Media/Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, digital platforms, hospital promotions, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, banners, posters, brochures, standees, and other promotional materials.
Edit videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging content related to hospital services, doctors, health awareness, events, and campaigns.
Handle photo and video editing for hospital events and activities.
Develop creative concepts while maintaining the hospital's brand identity.
Coordinate with the Media, Marketing, HR, and other departments for design and video requirements.
Ensure all designs and videos are completed within the required timelines.
Resize and adapt creative content for different social media platforms.
Maintain and organize design files, photos, videos, and other media assets.
Stay updated with current design and social media trends.

Required Skills




Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software.
Knowledge of Canva and other creative tools will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition.
Positive video editing and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in graphic designing and video editing preferred.
Candidates should have a portfolio of graphic design and video editing work.
Healthcare/hospital industry experience will be an advantage.
