We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our IAS Academy team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our social media, digital marketing, educational campaigns and academy promotions.

Key Responsibilities
Design social media posts, reels covers, posters, banners and advertisements
Create creatives for UPSC/IAS courses, admissions, events and campaigns
Design promotional materials for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms
Maintain consistent branding across all creatives
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams
Handle multiple design requirements and meet deadlines

Requirements
Valuable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Canva
Solid understanding of typography, colours and visual composition
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to create modern and engaging social media designs
Experience in educational/UPSC-related content is an advantage
Freshers with a good portfolio are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
