What we are looking for
Log Book data verification
Deploy the rules and disciple in the maintenance area.
Prepare and update the list of spares based on the priority , availability, lead time and criticality.
Spare part life improvement.Updation of spare part list with addition of new machine.
Lead the standardization of amintenance activities.
Execute the action plan to achieve operation objectives for Maintenance dept.
Breakdown handling in Assembly, Moulding & Coating machine
Execute the PM methodology on the shopfloor.
Preservation of Manuals / records / reports
Lead quality circles.
