Role Overview

Bajaj Finserv is looking for a solid Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end product design lifecycle for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-converting UX/UI experiences.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
End-to-End Design: Drive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for high-traffic B2C applications.
Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability analysis, competitive research, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Design Systems: Create, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems, reusable components, and interaction guidelines.
Collaboration:



Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to align customer needs with business goals.
Data-Driven Iteration: Optimize designs using user feedback, product analytics, and stakeholder reviews.
Stakeholder Management: Present design recommendations clearly to senior management.
