Role Overview

Sweet Karam Coffee is looking for a Last Mile Executive to manage daily last-mile operations, delivery coordination, and warehouse logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily last-mile delivery operations.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch and delivery requirements.
Track vehicles, deliveries, and delivery status.
Coordinate with drivers and delivery partners.
Follow up on vehicle placement and availability.
Monitor delivery delays and ensure timely closure.
Maintain daily delivery, vehicle, and logistics tracking reports.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatches.
Follow up on pending deliveries, returns, and operational issues.
Update order and shipment details in ERP and e-commerce tools.
Prepare basic operational reports using Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Last Mile, Logistics,



Warehouse, or Delivery Operations.
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
Exposure to ERP systems and e-commerce tools/platforms.
Valuable knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience in vehicle and delivery tracking.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce will be preferred.
