Hiring: Team Leaders – BPO
Location: Pune
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Experience: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the performance of the team.
Handle daily operations and achieve team targets.
Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and attendance.
Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
5 years of BPO experience with team handling experience.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of BPO KPIs and processes.
Candidates willing to work from Pune.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
