Job Overview

We are looking for an EV Engineer to join our R&D; / Product Development team. The role involves working on EV, BMS, Battery, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, product development, testing, and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Work on R&D;, product development, and product improvement for EV technologies.
Develop prototypes, workbenches, and functional engineering products.
Design and develop electrical/electronic circuits and system architecture.
Develop MATLAB/Simulink models and algorithms for EV and battery applications.
Work with microcontrollers, C/C++, Embedded Systems, and CAN communication.
Build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software prototypes.
Support EV product upgrades, technical improvements, and engineering changes.
Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other teams.




Provide technical troubleshooting and design support to Production.
Perform system testing, validation, analysis, and root-cause analysis.
Prepare BOMs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Research emerging EV technologies and contribute to cutting-edge engineering solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Must have EV industry experience.
Experience in EV, BMS, Battery, Embedded Systems, or Power Electronics is preferred.
Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Microcontrollers, and CAN communication is an advantage.
Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in EV prototype development and testing is preferred.
Candidates must have their own personal laptop for work.
