HVAC & Clean Room Execution
Supervise HVAC site activities from ducting installation to testing, commissioning and validation.
Supervise installation of GI/SS/PIR/PUF ducting, insulation, supports, dampers, diffusers and grilles.
Coordinate HVAC piping, chilled water, condenser water, refrigerant and drain piping works.
Review HVAC drawings and coordinate with consultants, clients and other MEP contractors.
Monitor manpower, materials, work quality and daily site progress.
Coordinate HVAC testing, commissioning and TAB activities.
Verify airflow, air changes, room pressure, temperature and relative humidity.
