Position: Telecaller Executive

Location: Calicut

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

We are looking for a energetic and friendly Telecaller to join our institution’s admission team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining courses/programs, handling inquiries, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding admissions
Handle inbound inquiries about courses, fees, batches, and facilities
Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, websites, and social media
Provide accurate information about programs and admission procedures
Maintain student inquiry records and daily call reports




Schedule counselling sessions and appointments
Achieve admission and follow-up targets

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Malayalam/Hindi (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and convincing ability
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace

Qualification
Plus Two / Any Degree
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
