Job Description

Sky Direct Travel is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's growth and expansion.

The CEO will be responsible for developing business strategy, building strategic partnerships, strengthening the corporate client base, and driving revenue and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy
Lead revenue growth, business development, and market expansion
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners
Identify recent business prospects in business and exhibition travel
Develop partnerships with travel suppliers, international organizations, and industry stakeholders
Lead and develop high-performing teams
Establish sales, operational, and financial objectives
Monitor business performance and key growth metrics
Represent Sky Direct Travel at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings
Strengthen the company's brand and market positioning
Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction




Lead strategic decision-making and long-term planning

Requirements
5+ years of experience in senior management, business development, travel, hospitality, or a related industry
Strong understanding of business development and corporate sales
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Commercial mindset with a solid focus on revenue and growth
Experience managing teams and strategic partnerships
Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-growing company
