Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day hospital facility operations and support services.
Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout the hospital.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility-related issues.
Ensure timely reporting and resolution of breakdowns and facility complaints.
Supervise security services and ensure compliance with hospital security protocols.
Monitor biomedical/general waste segregation, collection, and disposal in coordination with concerned departments.
Conduct regular facility rounds and identify safety, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, inspections, and service reports.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and monitor their performance.
Ensure availability and proper functioning of essential utilities and equipment.
Support fire safety,



emergency preparedness, disaster management, and evacuation procedures.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, infection prevention practices, and safety standards.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to address facility-related requirements.
Supervise facility staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and ensure proper discipline.
Conduct regular inspections and submit reports to hospital management.
Assist during audits, inspections, accreditation assessments, and regulatory visits.
Promote a protected, professional, and patient-friendly hospital workplace.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
