Position :- Cluster Operation Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Team Coordination:

Conduct audits for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PM & CM)

Handle customer escalations effectively

Manage and mentor Service Hero teams

Conduct induction and training programs for recent Service Heroes

Planning and distribution of relevant inventory through ERP

Coordinating with the relevant government authorities for the permitting process

Attend Corrective Maintenance activities, conduct site testing, and provide support to Sr. Service Heroes as needed

Internal and External stakeholder management & constant Kaizen mentality

Maintain and adhere to zero safety violations Key

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:
Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
Solar Energy: 3 years (Required)
Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
Operation & Maintenance: 3 years (Required)

Location:
Pune, Maharashtra (Required)

Willingness to travel:
25% (Required)
