Edify World School Hosur, Tamil Nadu is looking for an experienced and agile Founder School Principal to lead the school's academic and operational functions and build a strong culture of excellence, innovation, and student-centred learning.

Key Responsibilities
Provide academic, strategic, and operational leadership.
Lead CBSE / CAIE curriculum implementation and academic planning.
Drive high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and student achievement.
Mentor and develop teachers, coordinators, and academic leaders.
Build a robust culture of inquiry-based and student-centred learning.
Lead school improvement, quality assurance, and academic initiatives.
Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and stakeholders.




Support school development, accreditation, affiliation, and evaluation processes.

Candidate Requirements
Master's Degree with B.Ed. or equivalent.
8+ years of school leadership experience.
Experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Head of School preferred.
Experience in CBSE / CAIE / International Schools preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-management skills.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing academic teams.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
