Manage daily cafe operations, including opening, closing, and overall floor activities.
Supervise and coordinate service, kitchen, and support staff.
Ensure customers receive friendly, prompt, and quality service.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily task allocation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the cafe.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock requirements.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Support the team during busy hours and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service staff.
Help improve customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
