Position: Lead Generation Executive – Sales

Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for generating, following up, qualifying, and tracking business leads across multiple sources. The candidate should have a basic understanding of sales and be comfortable communicating with prospective clients over calls.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads received through marketing campaigns, GMV, digital platforms, references, and other lead-generation channels.
Understand the requirement of potential customers and qualify leads based on business potential.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified and high-potential leads.
Maintain and update the Sales Funnel with accurate lead status, follow-up dates, conversion stages, and remarks.
Maintain the Sales Dashboard and ensure all lead and sales data is updated on a timely basis.




Track lead conversion, follow-up status, pending leads, lost leads, and opportunities.
Prepare basic reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline.
Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended.
Identify patterns in lead quality and provide feedback to the marketing/sales team.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication and calling skills.
Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion.

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/dashboard tools.
Robust data-maintenance and tracking skills.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
