Logistics Manager

Department: Supply Chain & Operations Reporting To: Founder / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end logistics: from supplier pickup to final customer delivery

● Handle imports, exports, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and documentation

● Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines

● Ensure compliance with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)

● Manage commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, MSDS, BL/AWB

● Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues

● Optimize freight costs and transit times

● Maintain logistics SOPs and shipment records

● Need to maintain ECGC procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Logistics or Supply Chain background

● 2–5 years of experience in pharma logistics (API/FDF preferred)

● Solid knowledge of customs, DGFT, FDA shipment norms

● Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
