Monitor day-to-day electrical, plumbing and HVAC works at the residential site.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians and workers.
Check whether work is being carried out properly and as instructed.
Identify defects, incomplete work, leakage, electrical issues and other site problems.
Follow up with contractors for completion of pending works.
Take photographs/videos and provide regular updates to the owner.
Maintain a easy list of completed, ongoing and pending works.
Check materials delivered to the site against the requirement.
Assist in checking measurements and completed work before payment.
Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Maintain basic records of equipment, warranties and service details.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
