-Develop impact stories, case studies, field updates, and beneficiary narratives based on inputs from the ground team.

-Write explicit and engaging project reports, proposals, presentations, brochures, and event material.

-Draft scripts for videos, reels, interviews, and digital campaigns

-Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across all content.

-Collaborate with the design, social media, fundraising, and field teams to develop impactful communication materials.

-Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and authenticity in all written content.

-Assist in the development of annual reports, impact reports, and donor updates.

-Manage multiple writing tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

-Solid command over English

-Ability to write for diverse audiences: donors, partners, community members, and the general public.





-Understanding of NGO communication ethics, especially while writing about children, women, and vulnerable groups.

-Familiarity with social media writing styles, captions, storytelling formats, and digital communication trends.

-Basic knowledge of SEO, blog writing, and website content structure.

-Knowledge of Canva or ability to work with designers is an added advantage.
