Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
Provide accurate and timely technical and product-related support.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle international customers with confidence and professionalism.
Follow defined processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams when escalation is required.
Identify sales or upselling opportunities where appropriate.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service, Technical Support, or Sales.
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




Comfortable handling international customers.
Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a blended process (Voice + Non-Voice).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
Candidates should be customer-focused, adaptable, and target-oriented.
