Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, or requests.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Ensure timely responses to customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.
Follow company policies and maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
Positive problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
