Responsibilities of Sr. BDM – Domestic / International for VoIP Products
Establish market position by determining, developing, defining, adjusting, and closing business relationships.
Comprehensively identify trendsetter ideas by examining the VoIP industry, related events, publications, and announcements and tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Discover or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, identifying and exploring opportunities
Monitor potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and deal requirements in prospective and financial terms, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities,



and recommending equity investments
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations, inspecting for risks and potentials, and evaluating partners’ needs and goals
Complete the business deals by coordinating for requirements, developing and settling contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
