Production Operator – Indian ethnic wear manufacturer

Location: Park Street, Kolkata

Timings: 11 AM – 9 PM (Sunday off)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, as per experience

Bonus: 1–2 months' salary annually

About Us: Kanchana is a wholesale manufacturer of women's ethnic wear, specializing in sarees and unstitched suits since 1968.

Role: We need an experienced Production Operator to manage our end-to-end production, from planning and job work to costing and job worker accounts.
Make production plans and set the sequence of processes for each product.
Issue and receive job orders, checking quantity, quality, and shortages.
Make purchase entries, PSM entries, and inventory transfers.
Calculate costing after multiple processes (fabric, job work, wastage, other expenses).
Track every product across all stages and job workers.
Maintain tally, outstanding, and balances with job workers.




Handle all other production-related work.

Requirements
4–5 years of production experience in the Indian ethnic wear or textile industry.
Robust knowledge of the job work system (dyeing, printing, embroidery, hand work, etc.).
Experience with Ginesys ERP preferred; experience with any other ERP is also acceptable.
Valuable with numbers, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable in Hindi, English, and Bengali.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
