Job Description

Marconix Sales Solutions is seeking a proactive HR Intern to support recruitment and HR operations. This is an excellent chance for students and fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records and databases.
Support employee engagement activities and HR projects.

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration,



or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
