Relationship / Sales Manager – CASA
Location: Pune (Pune Camp)
Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Role:
Acquire Recent-to-Bank (NTB) Current & Savings Accounts through open-market sales.
Generate leads and achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets.
Onboard customers and ensure account activation and balance maintenance.
Cross-sell banking products such as Trade, Forex, CMS/DSB and other business solutions.
Ensure compliance with KYC & AML guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate mandatory.
2–3 years of experience in Current Account acquisition, preferably SME/Business Banking.
Strong knowledge of local business markets and commercial catchments.
Good communication skills and local language proficiency.
Basic knowledge of Business Banking, Trade/Forex preferred.
Positive Excel skills and professional grooming.
Pay: ₹12,400.30 - ₹36,500.27 per month
