Job Summary

Positive Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Handle purchase, sales, cash and bank entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
Perform Bank, Ledger & Party Reconciliation.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.




Support the senior accounts team in audits and other finance-related activities.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

Required Skills
Tally / ERP knowledge
MS Excel & MS Office
GST & TDS knowledge
Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
Valuable numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred

Experience in Chemical / Fertilizer / Manufacturing / Trading / Import-Export industry will be an advantage.
