Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook with 3–4 years of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant. The candidate should have positive knowledge of Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes as per hotel standards and recipes.
Handle daily food preparation and mise en place.
Prepare dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, sauces, stir-fried dishes, and other Chinese preparations.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
Maintain proper food hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and wastage.
Follow standard recipes and portion-control procedures.
Ensure timely preparation of food during service hours.




Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.
Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Follow hotel food safety and kitchen SOPs.

Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience as a Chinese Cook.
Previous experience in a hotel/restaurant/hospitality environment preferred.
Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking methods.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
