About the Role

We are looking for an Artist Manager to handle artist sales, client enquiries, lead conversion and end-to-end artist coordination for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, client interaction and working closely with artists and events.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artists.
Follow up with clients, share quotations, negotiate and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain artist database, availability, pricing and booking details.
Coordinate between clients, artists and internal production/event teams.
Manage artist travel, stay, hospitality, schedules and logistics.
Handle on-ground artist coordination including arrival, hospitality, sound check, rehearsals, stage coordination and show flow.
Coordinate with the team before,



during and after the show to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain lead and booking records and build solid client relationships.

Who Can Apply
Experience in Artist Management, Artist Booking, Artist Sales or Entertainment Sales is preferred.
Candidates from Banquet Sales / Hotel Sales / Event Sales with solid client handling and sales skills are also welcome.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with 6 months–1 year of sales/telecalling experience with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Solid communication, follow-up, negotiation and coordination skills.
Comfortable with targets, client interaction and event-related work.

Willingness to travel for events when required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
