1) Ensure workers and operator are deployed on packing and production lines as per requirement.

2) Inform to Manager, HOD & HRD for Manpower short-fall.

3) Check nad verify the record maintained by operator's whether production or packing.

4)Make sure all workers and operator working properly in their shift.

5) Ensure the proper cleaning before line start.

6) Deployed all manpower according to their work.

7) Ensure all RM/PM is stock in store before taking any production plan.

8) Take production plan & convey all operators their works.

9) Responsible for keeping the proper record of Machine Downtime & ensure all the issues are resolved at the earliest possible time.

10) Intimate the maintenance team regarding the breakdowns timely & take regular follow up till the breakdown is corrected.

Punch the details breakdown complaint log in ERP timely.

12) Maintain record of issue and return RM/PM.

13) Maintain record of RM/PM & FG wastage.

14) Co-ordination with warehouse supervisor for having appropriate space for FG.

15) Check & Verify all Packing and Production reports provide by operators for consecutive lines.

16) Monitoring all the CCP (Critical Control Point).

17) Follow 5S rule on all lines.

18) Implementation of FIFO, HACCP In production premises.

19) Maintain all SOP's.
