BlinkBuzz Media is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Programmatic Advertising, and Website Development.

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketer who wants to build hands-on expertise in running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, launching, and managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads campaigns.
Set up and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
Perform keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Monitor daily campaign spend and ensure budgets are utilized effectively.
Analyze campaign data and identify prospects for optimization.
Assist with remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
Prepare campaign performance reports and provide insights.




Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features and industry trends.

Required Skills
Positive understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and other advertising platforms
Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
Good understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and experiment.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

Preferred
* Google Ads certification is a plus.
* Internship or practical experience in Google/Meta Ads is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of Looker Studio/Data Studio is an advantage.
