Job Summary

Triaura Connect is hiring experienced Telecallers for our Australian Voice Process. Candidates must have prior experience in international calling/BPO, with strong English communication skills.

The role involves speaking with international customers, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to international customers.
Communicate professionally and confidently with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Generate leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Maintain excellent call quality and customer experience.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
Outbound sales and cold-calling experience is will be an added advantage
Prior experience in international calling/BPO is mandatory.
Experience handling Australian customers will be an added advantage.




Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Confident and qualified telephone manner.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Willingness to work from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Candidates must arrange their own transportation as cab facility is not provided.

Salary & Incentives
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Uncapped performance incentives in addition to salary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

BTM Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
