Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B; Executive to join our Restro Bar team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, providing excellent guest service, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a skilled and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely order service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly handle customer requests or concerns.
Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
Ensure food and beverage service follows the establishment's quality standards.
Assist with billing, order checking, and payment procedures when required.
Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including daily specials and promotions.
Coordinate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.




Assist in stock monitoring and inform the supervisor about shortages when required.
Support promotional activities and upselling of food and beverage items.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant/F&B; Manager.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valuable grooming and skilled appearance.
