About the Role

MyCarPresso, is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our customer outreach and sales activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
Respond to customer inquiries and understand their requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Keep customer information and follow-up records updated.
Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Work toward assigned calling and conversion targets.
Maintain a skilled and helpful approach during every customer interaction.

Requirements
Good communication skills.




Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to communicate confidently over phone calls.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are encouraged to apply.
