MOULDING SUPERVISOR – FOUNDRYJob Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily moulding production activities.
Ensure moulds are prepared according to drawing, pattern and process requirements.
Monitor sand preparation, sand quality and moulding parameters.
Allocate work to moulding operators and helpers.
Maintain proper production targets and shift schedules.
Check mould quality and identify defects before pouring.
Coordinate with Melting, Core Making, Fettling and Quality departments.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of patterns, moulding machines and tools.
Reduce moulding defects such as sand drop, blow holes, mismatch, mould crack and dimensional issues.
Maintain production records, rejection reports and shift reports.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping and workplace safety in the moulding area.




Train workers on proper moulding methods and safety procedures.
Take immediate corrective action for production and quality issues.

Candidate Requirements
ITI / Diploma / equivalent qualification preferred.
3–5 years of experience in foundry moulding operations.
Positive knowledge of green sand moulding / no-bake moulding and foundry processes.
Experience in supervising workers and achieving production targets.
Valuable problem-solving and team-management skills.
Willing to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹19,156.85 - ₹30,014.89 per month
