Outbound calls: Contact prospective clients from provided data or leads to pitch visa services.
Inbound inquiries: Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online queries from interested applicants.
Lead qualification: Assess a client's basic profile, qualifications, and preferred country (e.g., study visas, work permits, PR, or tourist visas).
Service Explanation and Coordination
Explain services: Provide transparent, basic information regarding visa processes, documentation requirements, and consultancy packages.
Appointment scheduling: Book direct consultations or meetings for clients with senior visa counsellors.
Team coordination: Pass qualified leads to the sales and counselling departments and update them on client discussions.
