Responsibilities
As a HR (Staff on-boarding / off-boarding and engagement)
As a customer relationship manager (customer on-boarding / off-boarding and engagement)
Craft operational process and get it automated with the help of the development team.
Prepare executive reports and present to the board of directors / advisory panel members and engage in brainstorming discussions.

Other Expectations:
Interested in travelling business trips (Sydney , Singapore, Dubai, other locations) for business meetings.
24 months minimum engagement in Finari. FYI, Finari will be bringing in C suite specialists in the industry for more than 30 years. Candidate should be open to hear / learn with mentor guidance. After 24 months, if board of directors and Finari advisory panel members are happy then candidate will be promoted to C suite role in the organization.
By interacting with staff and customers,



candidate will be able to understand demand vs supply and delivery quality vs customer feedback and take corrective measures and control the results.
Work from Finari STPI Taramani office.

Remuneration
incase your college final year student then engagement model will be internship followed by employment upon completion of academic course.
During full time employment.
Initial 6 months (fixed: 3LPA + project allowance: 2% of paper cost of the assignment).
Next 6 months: based on initial 6 months performance (fixed: 4-6LPA + project allowance: 4% of paper cost of the assignment).
2nd year: based on initial one year performance (fixed: 6 - 10LPA + project allowance: 6% of paper cost of the assignment).
When Finari team is happy with candidate performance then after 24 months then candidate will be promoted to C suite role in organization and entitled with 6% ESOP shares.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
