We are looking for an experienced Factory In-Charge to head production at our interior modular fit-out manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
Study and interpret production/shop drawings and convert them into accurate cutting lists and cutting plans
Plan and supervise daily factory production to meet project timelines
Oversee material optimization, machine allocation, and workflow across cutting, edge-banding, assembly, and finishing sections
Ensure quality control at every production stage as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate packing and timely despatch of finished materials to site
Liaise with site teams and provide technical direction/guidance for installation works
Maintain production records, material consumption reports, and wastage control
Manage factory manpower, machinery upkeep, and safety standards

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design,



Civil, Mechanical, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in modular furniture/interior fit-out production
Robust knowledge of production drawings, cutting list preparation, and factory ERP/software (if applicable)
Sound understanding of modular fit-out materials (plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware, edge banding, etc.)
Proven ability to manage production schedules and coordinate despatch logistics
Valuable communication skills to guide site installation teams
Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
