Project Manager / Product Owner

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner with 4–5 years of experience to manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of product/project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
Gather, understand, and document business/product requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Design, and QA.
Define and prioritize requirements, user stories, and product backlogs.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide project updates.
Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.




Identify and resolve project-related issues and blockers.
Support product planning, roadmap, and feature prioritization.

Required Skills:
4–5 years of experience in Project Management / Product Ownership.
Robust understanding of project management and product development processes.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Positive knowledge of requirement gathering, user stories, and backlog management.
Robust stakeholder and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Fintech/Banking/Financial Services experience will be an added advantage.
PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred.
Willingness to work from Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
