We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior works at project sites and ensure work is completed according to approved designs, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate interior installation and execution work at project sites.
Read and understand interior working drawings and layouts.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and measurements.
Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship.
Coordinate with the design, project, factory, and management teams.
Check site measurements and ensure materials are used properly.
Coordinate with the factory and suppliers for material delivery and installation requirements.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
Maintain daily site progress updates and reports.
Ensure proper finishing and quality before handing over completed work.




Manage workers and ensure proper coordination and productivity at site.
Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of materials.
Follow project schedules and help ensure timely completion of projects.

Eligibility
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor.
Experience in modular interiors / interior fit-out works preferred.
Positive knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
Ability to read and understand working drawings.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
