Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Property Associate to visit residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent, capture quality photos and videos, collect basic property details, and coordinate with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Visit residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru.
Take clear photos and short videos of properties available for sale or rent.
Capture interiors, exteriors, rooms, parking, entrance, frontage, amenities, and other significant areas.
Collect basic property information from owners or property contacts.
Share property photos, videos, location, and details with the Zorba Estates team.
Coordinate with property owners regarding property access and visit timings.
Provide timely updates to the internal team after each property visit.




Follow the assigned field schedule and complete visits on time.
Maintain professional communication with property owners and team members.

Requirements
10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
Smartphone with a good-quality camera.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
Ability to interact professionally with property owners.
Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Performance Incentives
Travel & Conveyance: Eligible business travel and conveyance expenses for assigned property visits and official field activities will be provided as per company policy.
