Job Role: CNC Milling Operator – HEIDENHAIN Control , "Heiden Hein Control"

Job Purpose:
To operate and set up CNC milling machines with HEIDENHAIN control systems, ensuring accurate machining of components as per approved drawings, CNC programs, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC Milling Machines equipped with HEIDENHAIN control.
Read and understand engineering drawings, machining instructions, and process sheets.
Set up jobs by mounting and aligning components, fixtures, and cutting tools.
Load, verify, and execute CNC programs on the HEIDENHAIN control.
Set and adjust tool offsets, work offsets, tool length, and tool wear compensation.
Perform tool selection, tool setting, and tool changes as required.
Check component dimensions using Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure components are machined within the specified dimensional and geometric tolerances.
Monitor machining operations and make necessary corrections to maintain component quality.
Identify and report tool wear, machine abnormalities, dimensional deviations, and quality issues.
Carry out in-process inspection and first-piece inspection as per the inspection plan.




Maintain proper machine settings and ensure the machine is operated safely.
Follow 5S, safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards at all times.
Maintain production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
Minimize rejection, rework, tool breakage, and machine downtime.
Maintain cleanliness of the machine, work area, tools, and fixtures.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams whenever required.
Follow company procedures related to quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements.

Required Skills / Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience operating CNC Milling Machines with HEIDENHAIN control.
Positive knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T;.
Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, work holding, and tool offsets.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of basic CNC machining and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in shifts and meet production requirements.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
